BSA Historic  Merit Badge     Program

New Medical Forms

BSA has issued a new medical form that replaces the Class 1, 2 and 3 forms. Usage of the new form is optional but encouraged in 2009. The new form is mandatory beginning January 1, 2010. For 4-page version that prints on 8.5x11 paper, click here. For version that prints on 2 pages of 11x17 paper, click here.

Merit Badge Counselors Registered GAD Scouters can request the current list of GAD counselors by sending a request to Wayne Vincent. (This 54-page list was last updated in March 2010.)

BSA Online Learning Center

Many online training courses are available including "This Is Scouting," "Fast Start," "Youth Protection Training" and more. If you pass the test at the end, you can print your certification card. To start, click on the name on the left or the YPT logo on the right.
